One of the things that sets 1bex from other platforms is the flexibility of login credentials. You can use your username, email address, or registered Malaysian phone number — whichever is easiest for you to remember. This reduces the risk of being locked out of your account simply because you forgot the exact username used during registration.
Every login session at 1bex is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. This means all data transmitted between your device and our servers is fully encrypted and unreadable by third parties.
We also use an anomaly detection system that monitors your login patterns. If our system detects a login attempt from an unusual location or device, an additional verification process will be triggered automatically to ensure only you can access your account.
For the smoothest login experience, we recommend downloading the official app 1bex for Android or iOS. Through the app, you can enable biometric login — either fingerprint or face recognition — allowing you to access your account in under 2 seconds without typing any password.
App 1bex also securely stores your login session, meaning you do not need to log in again every time you open the app as long as you have not manually logged out or your session has not expired due to a prolonged period of inactivity.
Don't worry — the account recovery process 1bex is simple and secure. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, and you will be guided through the password reset process via email or SMS sent to your registered phone number.
If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, please contact our customer support team 1bex via live chat. Our team will assist you through the identity verification process to restore access to your account securely.
Security Tip: Never share your login credentials with anyone, including those claiming to be 1bex. Our support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
